Between 1975 and 1984, this lorry driver and old gravedigger killed 13 women in a five-year reign of terror before being sentenced to a minimum of 30 years in jail. On his arrest, Sutcliffe claimed that God had told him to go out and kill prostitutes. A sad defect on the good name of lorry driving.
